July 31, 2022 – Is this a sign?
My humans brought me the big house that moves! I love my house!
This year, the plan is to go to Colorado. We saw some places last year that we wanted
to go back to, so we actually made reservations. WE are not real keen on making reservations
as we prefer not to be tied down to specific dates and such, but we can do
this, right?
Spouse brings Hannah home so we can load her up. But, why can’t she be leveled? What is going on? We just spent a week in Santa Barbara and had
trouble leveling her too. Spouse decided
to take a look underneath… Houston, we
have a problem… broken leaf springs. It is Sunday, like we are going to make
contact with someone who can repair it???
Really?
Decision 1, cancel the Mesa Verde portion of our trip
as there is no way we are leaving tomorrow.
Call our friends who are going to meet us there. Now… find help! Believe it or not, Spouse stumbled on
somebody that does mobile repairs. Yes,
that means he comes to our house and fixes the problem. And they did!
On Monday! So that means, we are
only one day late and should be able to make our next reservation in
Ouray.
They did point out we had a bad tire, but Spouse
thought it would be ok… or did he…
We spent Monday loading her up… was it enough…
